The installation

A full kitchen,
cut to fit.

This was a full kitchen transformation. The client had a clear picture of the finish they wanted, and our job was to make the stone fit it exactly โ€” every run measured, cut and installed for a clean, seamless result rather than adapted on site.

The worktops were fabricated to exact specifications, so the stone meets the appliances, the sink and the cabinetry with even margins all the way round. Where a run stops short or a cut-out sits a few millimetres out, you see it every day โ€” which is why templating is done with a laser, not a tape measure.

Stone splashbacks were added to protect the walls behind the hob and sink while keeping one unified material across the room. The result is a kitchen that handles daily cooking and hosting equally well โ€” and looks better for it.

Project highlights

Project
details.

Four things decide whether a stone kitchen still looks right in ten years.

Bespoke

Worktops and splashbacks

Both cut for this kitchen alone โ€” no standard lengths, no filler pieces, no compromise at the awkward corners.

Finish

Clean, polished install

Edges profiled and polished in the workshop, joints closed on site, and the surface left ready to use the same day.

Integration

Fits the whole layout

Cut-outs for sink and hob, tight margins against appliances, and splashbacks aligned with the units either side.

Durability

Built for daily use

Hard-wearing stone chosen for how the kitchen is actually used โ€” cooking, spills, heat and hosting.

How it runs

Four stages,
one team throughout.

From the first measurement to the final polish, the same people stay on your project. Nothing is subcontracted out.

Stage 01

Consultation & templating

We visit, laser-template the run and help you choose the slab. You see the actual stone your worktop will be cut from โ€” not a sample chip.

Stage 02

Fabrication

Cutting is done on CNC machinery in our Wembley workshop: sink and hob apertures, drainer grooves, and your chosen edge profile.

Stage 03

Installation

Our fitters install in a single day on most kitchens, levelling the runs and closing the joints so the surface reads as one piece.

Stage 04

Finishing & sign-off

Surfaces are polished and checked with you before we leave, and you get written care guidance for the stone you chose.
