Can I obtain a sample before making a decision?
Certainly! You can request a complimentary sample from our dedicated Request a Sample page. Once you have received the sample and are satisfied with it, you can visit our Minerva Road workshop — no appointment is needed — to view the complete slab, helping you make an informed decision.
Is it necessary to have the new sink available during the templating process?
Ideally, we require your new sink to be present during the templating phase or accurate measurements of the sink. This ensures proper fitting and allows us to make any necessary adjustments or modifications for a seamless installation.
After You Place Your Order
What is the estimated timeframe for the completion of my project from the time of purchase?
Once you have paid a 50% deposit, we schedule the templating visit. After templating, we fabricate your worktops in our workshop; for a straightforward project, installation usually follows about 5 working days after fabrication begins.
Who is responsible for overseeing my project?
KT Stone oversees your project from start to finish: we template on site, fabricate your worktops in our Minerva Road workshop and install them in your home.
Whom should I make the payment to?
You pay KT Stone. The payment terms for your project are set out in your written quote.
Warranty
What is the duration of the warranty provided?
KT Stone provides a 15-year guarantee on materials. Supplier warranties range from 10 to 25 years, depending on the supplier and the material.
