Rustic Oak and Travertine Kitchen
Warm oak cabinetry and a travertine-look surface create a relaxed, country-inspired kitchen. A central island gives the family a natural place to gather.
Texture and warmth turn a kitchen into the heart of the home.
The Challenge
The goal was a rustic feel without the high maintenance of a porous natural stone.
The island needed overhangs on two sides for seating while staying well supported.
The Result
Overhangs were designed within safe limits and supported discreetly under the stone.
An inviting kitchen where the island has become the favourite spot in the house.
